2. Booking and payment

By booking a retreat, masterclass or other service with us, you agree to these terms. Bookings are confirmed once full payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Cancellation by you

Please see our refunds policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat or masterclass due to insufficient bookings, force majeure or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

6. Health and safety

Padel is a physical sport. By participating, you confirm you are physically fit to do so and have no medical condition that could affect your participation. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering sports injury.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage caused by activities outside our reasonable control.

8. Code of conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff and other guests. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately, without refund.

9. Image rights

Photos and video are taken during retreats for use in our marketing. If you do not wish to appear in our marketing material, please let us know in writing before your retreat begins.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
