REFUNDS POLICY

Retreats

More than 60 days before: full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.

30-60 days before: 50% refund of the booking value.

Less than 30 days before: no refund, but you may transfer the booking to another person at no cost.

Masterclasses

More than 7 days before: full refund.

Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer to a future masterclass within 6 months.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a retreat or masterclass for any reason, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Force majeure

Events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) may force us to reschedule. In these cases we offer rebooking; refunds are at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email info@vamosacademy.eu with your booking reference. We process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.

EU consumer rights

EU residents have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. However, this does not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period (e.g. retreats and masterclasses), as permitted by EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(l).
